Graphic Design - Illustration - Pattern Design

Wild Wyatt & and Greatest Pyrenees is a children’s book I wrote and illustrated for my nephew Wyatt. A story of a little boy and his trusty white steed. The cover design was inspired by the design elements of ‘60s and ‘70s Western films, mixed with bright and playful colors.

Below are a few of the illustrations and a sample of the first page of writing.

Wyatt and Sandor were two peas in a pod,

a brave little boy and his big fluffy dog.

from the moment they woke till the last drop of sun.

One morning they rose to a cool frosty sight,

the land that they roamed was covered in white!

Icicles swayed from the tips of the trees,

as a flurry of snowflakes danced in the breeze.

Wyatt laced up his boots and hitched Sandor’s vest,

ready to embark on their first winter quest.

Into the woods they dashed with great speed,

the brave little boy and his trusty white steed…
